We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kirby Vacuum purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all machines and accessories in their original condition. Please ensure all parts and documentation are included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place the vacuum and all included attachments into the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
